The Abercastle Property Group of companies was formed in 1992 by the amalgamation of several investment and development property businesses.
Historically, our approach has been to acquire strategic properties in locations where there were known office, industrial, hospitality and retail requirements. Through active asset management, the Group then looked to add value to these properties through extension and refurbishment and to increase the wider investment portfolio by strengthening our relationships and meeting the growing needs of the partners who occupy our spaces.
Here at Abercastle, we consistently strive for collaborative success for those partnering with us, which is why we choose to personally manage our properties and those who tenant them. We manage enquiries and solutions directly with our tenants, ensuring prompt and professional responses and solutions.
The development arm of the Group has been involved in projects with a gross development value in excess of One Billion pounds. These include hotels, student housing, food retail, trade parks, motor parks, industrial and residential developments.
